FDCPA Case Filings

Our firm files FDCPA cases across the states of both Washington and Oregon but we almost always file our clients’ cases in Federal Court.

The U. S. FDCPA Cases in Island, King, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties are filed in the Seattle divisions. Whereas, FDCPA cases in Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skamania, Thurston and Wahkiakum counties are all filed in the Tacoma Division.
